How to do Tunisian Simple Stitch (TSS) By Rachel Choi

This tutorial at the crochet blogspot is very good, has written directions and shows pictures for both left and right handed crocheters, to get the left handed just roll over the pictures.

This is one of the sites that I used when learning how to do Tunisian crochet. Its nice because the pictures are for both hands. Its a good site if you learn better by reading directions, its also helpful to read this one after you watch the videos.
