The one thing about the Tunisian crochet that’s hard is locating the extend Tunisian afghan hooks so I thought I would share some links I had located to buy mine.
I had a customer ask me what kind of hook I use with my patterns because a lot of them are so large and that got me to thinking of trying to find hooks….and I thought I would help you out and give you 2 links to where I order my hooks. I love to make Large blankets so had to find a source for extended hooks to use. Here is where I order my hooks at you can either get them from their E-Bay store or their website. The web site is Suntek Store and just put Tunisian hooks in the search. Their eBay store is SfcDirect and again just look for the Tunisian hooks. They have the best deal for hooks that I have been able to find. The set has 14 hooks, I think, and a 40″ extension, all for under $15, hard to beat that price.
I have looked all over and this is the best price I can find for the hooks. The quality is also good, I have used mine and love them.
