Airplane with musical Notes Blanket

Airplane with musical notes is the blanket that I just completed about a week ago for another of my son’s. He loves planes and wants to learn to fly, which is why I created this pattern for him. The musical notes are because he likes music and wanted to learn to play an instrument.

I think this pattern shows some of the versatility that you get with the Tunisian simple stitch and the ability to customize the pattern to fit the person you are making it for. I was able to pick a picture he will love and put his name on the bottom of the pattern so I will be just for him.
